Kevin Stout appreciates the importance of providing accessible quality legal representation to individuals across the region. Since 2008 Kevin has been practicing immigration law, representing clients throughout Southern Oregon and Northern California. He previously work as an attorney with Hecht & Norman in its office in Medford, and as an attorney with Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services where he developed a solid foundation in immigration law. As a former public interest attorney, Kevin brings compassion and knowledge to every client matter. Kevin remains committed to public service, and has volunteered in outreach and education efforts to facilitate collaboration between law enforcement and the immigrant community. Kevin is an Oregon native who obtained his BA from Willamette University in Spanish and History. He received his JD from the University of Oregon where Kevin was recognized for his strong commitment to pro bono service.
Kevin has lived abroad in Granada, Spain, and has traveled through Central and South America. Outside of work, Kevin spends as much time as possible outdoors where he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and gardening.

Carlyle Stout has been practicing law in southern Oregon for 34 years. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Real Estate and Land Use Committee and a board member and former president of the Southern Oregon Rental Owners Association.
Carlyle is active in community service in the Rogue Valley. He volunteers his expertise by teaching classes in landlord-tenant law to rental owners and property managers, and by giving seminars to realtors and brokers on real estate law. Carlyle served five years on the Ashland Planning Commission and four years on the Ashland Family YMCA Board of Directors.
He earned his law degree from the University of Oregon and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to law school, he and his wife, Barbara, served in the Peace Corps for two years in Guatemala; Carlyle is fluent in Spanish.
